How does the video analysis work ?

The customer submits:

• A video (max. 15 seconds)

• A specific question for an athlete / champion

The champion analyzes the video and replies with:

• A personalized analysis

• Annotated screenshots

• A detailed written answer

Everything is delivered within 72 hours max.

Where do I receive the analysis ?

​

All analyses are sent directly to your app inbox.
You can review them anytime.

​

What's included in a subscription ?

​

1 subscription = 1 video analysis

A subscription gives you:

• The right to submit one video

• One question

• Access to all champions in the chosen category

You then pick the specific champion you want from that category for your analysis.

Can I ask several questions with one subscription ?

​

No.
Each subscription covers one video analysis and one question.

If you want to ask a second or third question, even in the same month, you'll need a new subscription.

Each new subscription gives you access to:

• A new analysis

• Other champions (based on the chosen category)

What happens if I purchase multiple subscriptions ?

​

Each subscription is independent:

• 1 subscription = 1 analysis

• You can buy as many as you need

Your following month’s subscription will be based on your last active plan.

Can I change champions ?

​

Yes.
With each new subscription, you can:

• Choose a category

• Then select the champion you want from those available

​

Who are the champions ?

​

The champions are:

• Accomplished athletes

• From various combat sports disciplines

• From all nationalities

The full list of champions is:

• Available on the website

• Organized by category

What languages do the champions speak ?

​

Each champion’s spoken languages are shown as flags under their photo.

This way, you can pick a champion who speaks a language you understand.

What type of video should I send ?

​

• Clear video

• Max. 15 seconds

• An angle that lets the champion clearly see your movement or situation

• A specific question (about technique, positioning, mistakes, improvements, etc.)

How long until I get a reply?

All analyses are sent within 72 hours max after you submit your video and question.

Who is the app for ?

​

The app is made for:

• All combat sports athletes

• Beginners, intermediate, and advanced

• Anyone who wants to improve using advice from real champions

Why does the app request microphone access?
The microphone is only used to record audio when you capture video. Audio is saved directly into your video and is not used for any other purpose.

Why does the app request camera/photo access?
This is required to allow students to record or upload video questions for coaches.

How long are messages stored?
Messages between users and coaches (including screenshots, text, and annotations) are stored up to 15 days only for moderation or dispute resolution. They are automatically deleted after this period.

How are payments handled?
Payments and subscriptions are securely processed through Apple. We do not sell or share payment data with third parties.

What if I have an issue with a coach or an answer I received?
You can contact support through the contact form or email. Our team will review the conversation within the 15-day period if needed.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Ultimate Goat application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at:

https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the App.

2. Description of Service

Ultimate Goat allows students and athletes to submit educational questions to qualified coaches, who respond using visual annotations and written explanations.

Access is provided via a monthly subscription plan offering different tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold).

Audio and video features inside the App may require the use of the device microphone and camera. Microphone access is used exclusively to record audio during video capture. This data is not used for any other purpose.

3. Platform Access (Eligibility and Account Use)

    •    The App is intended for users aged 13 years or older, or the minimum age of digital consent required in their country (for example, 16 years in certain EU countries under the GDPR).

    •    By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

    •    If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have parental or legal guardian consent to use the App.

    •    The App and its services are not directed to children under 13, and Ultimate Goat does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under that age.

    •    If we learn that personal information has been collected from a user under 13 without verified parental consent, such data will be promptly deleted and the related account may be disabled.

    •    Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

    •    Access to the App is available through the Apple App Store.

    •    Use of the App constitutes acceptance of these Terms and of Apple’s Standard EULA.

4. User Responsibilities

Students must:

    •    Not submit illegal, offensive, or abusive content.

    •    Respect question format and submission rules.

Coaches must:

    •    Respond within 72 hours.

    •    Follow the required methodology (view, annotate, explain).

    •    Maintain confidentiality and not delegate responses without authorization.

    •    Respect the monthly question quota.

5. Subscription and Payment

    •    Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

    •    Prices vary by subscription tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold).

    •    Payments are processed securely through the App Store (In-App Purchase) or other authorized gateways.

    •    Refunds are generally not provided, except under exceptional circumstances and in accordance with Apple’s refund policies.

Payment information handled during In-App Purchase flows is processed securely through Apple and is only used to enable, verify, and provide subscription access inside the App. We do not use payment data for advertising, profiling, marketing, or any secondary purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

    •    All coach responses and annotations become the intellectual property of Ultimate Goat.

    •    Student submissions may be used for educational and moderation purposes only.

    •    Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.

7. Liability Disclaimer

    •    Ultimate Goat is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or content of user-generated material.

    •    The company disclaims any liability for abusive or inappropriate interactions between users.

    •    Accounts may be suspended or terminated in case of misuse, violation, or harmful conduct.

8. Personal Data & GDPR Compliance

• We collect and process personal data strictly for the purpose of operating the App and providing the service functionalities described above, including delivering paid features, subscription entitlement, and ensuring quality and moderation.

• Voice audio recorded during video capture is only used to embed audio into the user’s video. We do not analyze microphone audio for profiling, advertising, or machine learning models.

• Conversations and messages between students and coaches (including written responses, screenshots, annotations, and clarifications) are stored temporarily on our servers for up to 15 days exclusively for moderation, dispute resolution, and abuse prevention (example: incorrect analysis claims, missing proof, disrespectful behavior, or report/complaint investigations).

• After 15 days, these conversations are automatically deleted from our servers unless required for an ongoing legal investigation.

• Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by contacting: support@ultimategoat-app.com.

• Data processing complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Apple's privacy requirements. We do not sell personal data, we do not share personal data with third parties for marketing, and data is never used for purposes unrelated to the functioning of the App.

9. Suspension and Termination

Repeated or severe violations of these Terms may result in temporary suspension or permanent account termination without compensation or refund.

10. Updates to These Terms

Ultimate Goat may update these Terms at any time.

Users will be notified of significant changes via the App or email. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Third-Party Terms

Use of the App is also subject to Apple’s terms and conditions, including the App Store Terms of Service and the Standard EULA linked above.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
